“Very very very patient and kind and know how to get the job done. The managers are doing a great job and demonstrated customer service and beyond. If it had not been for them today, I would have left verizo! For good after I have been a loyal customer for 20 years!!! But after the run around I have been through with not getting service in my home (where I work,) and how they waited patiently (for 2 hours with tech service over the phone) and worked out this problem I have been having for over a month!
