Business hours say they’re open so I stop by and the door is locked and the open sign is off.*edit*Stephen contacted me and rushed over to open the store and help me out. He apologized for running late and explained to me the situation. I really appreciate the fact that he contacted me to make sure he could make it right for me. “I was at another location where a Verizon employee was assisting me he was so rude to me he treated me as if I wasn’t wanted there he was rude , nonchalant, and passive aggressive . I never had horrible customer service like this.I decided to go to the Kingwood location since it was near by and the moment I walked in Mr.Dereck & Mr.Charles was extremely helpful , kind , and so nice .They treated me with top notch customer service and they went above and beyond to assist me .
