“This is the best gym in Kingwood. The coaches are amazing and the quick in and out for 1 class is very efficient. You get great instructions from the coaches and it is for all fitness levels. Very beginner friendly if you are just getting back into working out and also the classes will push you even if you are experienced. You get out of it what you put in, and the coaches are great motivators.”

“From the moment I met him coach speedy was a great guy, a Christian man and he is dedicated to boxing. Beginner to pro he is the guy you want to go to. You don't have to get into the ring if you don't want to, just train and workout, get in shape. I personally think he is a great guy who cares for the kids. He works them hard, but this teaches them discipline, and patience. Everything I've seen from coach speedy has been nothing short of professional. Would recommend to friends and family, even seniors.”
