“So I'm from NM and at first glance this is not my type of gym to go workout at...I like old school iron gyms, however, I was pleasantly surprised!!! I really like Kingwood Fitness!!! Pam the owner is awesome! I recommend this gym for anyone!!! The personal trainers are actually sweet and personable! Now if you want a gym where the staff is rude and prices are expensive go visit Project Fitness, yes they have a plethora of fantastic equipment but kingwood fitness is 100% competitive!”

“Just wanted to say Coach Sami and Coach Dani have done a fantastic job teaching my 5 year old about cheer, formations, stunts, tumbling, and technical skills (like forming a pyramid). When she started classes there less than a year ago she couldn’t even do a cartwheel…today she was doing back walkovers independently in practice. Their friendly approach to coaching is top notch! Both have an undying patience with smaller kids and always they find a way to put it all together beautifully!!”

“This is the best gym in Kingwood. The coaches are amazing and the quick in and out for 1 class is very efficient. You get great instructions from the coaches and it is for all fitness levels. Very beginner friendly if you are just getting back into working out and also the classes will push you even if you are experienced. You get out of it what you put in, and the coaches are great motivators.”
