“I had the pleasure of finally stepping into this store. I usually walk right pass it. As soon as i walked in i was greeted. It was a warm greeting. The lady there looked at my current outfit and guided me directly to a style she believes i liked. And i actually liked it. She was helpful and smiled the whole time. I was initially there for a quick look around. She even checked me out. Came to find out it was the actual store manager. Ain’t that something. I didn’t tell her then but I knew i was going to give her praise with a review. Thank you so much Jordan. Keep that store alive!”

“Kassidy is an incredible stylist. Not only did she nail my blonde highlights on my first visit, she absolutely perfected my bob as well. I know I’m picky when it comes to my hair, but she consistently checked in to make sure I was happy every step of the way. I’m beyond pleased with the results and will definitely be returning. She’s exceptionally talented, friendly, and truly makes you feel taken care of.”

“I had an outstanding experience at Cavender's, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Brenda for going above and beyond. I came in needing help putting together an outfit for a special event this weekend, and Brenda completely took care of me from start to finish. She didn’t just point me in a direction—she really took the time to understand what I was looking for, the style I wanted, and how I wanted everything to come together. She helped me build the entire outfit piece by piece—the boots, the shirt, the belt, and the coat—and every detail was perfect. You can tell she knows what she’s doing because everything matched, fit right, and gave me exactly the look I was going for. I walked out feeling confident and ready, which is exactly what you want when you’re preparing for something important. What really made the experience stand out was her attitude. Brenda was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. She wasn’t rushing, she wasn’t just trying to make a sale—she was focused on making sure everything was right. Employees like Brenda are rare. Her level of service, professionalism, and attention to detail deserves to be recognized. She truly went above and beyond, and in my opinion, she deserves a raise. I’ll definitely be coming back to Cavender’s and recommending others to ask for Brenda specifically. She made the whole experience top tier.”

“My dad had some scuffed up shoes and I was in a panic trying to figure out how to repair them, I drove past boot barn and said what do I have to lose. Best decision of my life. Leeanna knew exactly what I needed and went above and beyond when all she had to do was sale me the repair products and wish me luck. I have never felt more like a customer and I am very appreciative of her attentiveness. I will always be a lifetime customer and I will tell everyone to get their boots from there and they will walk out feeling like a celebrity. Thanks boot barn team and especially Leeanna and Carlaa!”

“thanks to the store manager Noni. They took the time to help me build a complete skateboard from the ground up, explaining each component and making sure everything matched my riding style and goals. I never felt rushed, and their knowledge and patience made the whole process enjoyable. The board was assembled perfectly, and the customer service was truly top-notch. If you’re looking for expert advice and someone who genuinely cares about helping you get the right setup, I highly recommend this Zumiez location. Five stars all the way! Thank you!! Mr.2Twelve”

“I found this place last minute shopping for a Mardi Gras gown... So glad I did. They had lots of great dresses, in all sizes. Tbe woman who helped me was very nice and helpful, not pushy at all. I was able to try on 7 dresses within 30 mins & found one I loved for under $50. Bonus. I was short on time, but was able to spin thru the store enough to know that I want to go back and look at EVERYTHING! (there was a lot of cute clothes there along with shoes, bags, accessories, etc.)”

“Came in for some shirts for my 2 girls. Size large fit too tight so came back to return them. A nice lady greeted me at entry way and said returning something. I replied actually I'm here to exchange. They took a while at register. I said what's the problem? Since you bought 1 shirt and get 2 free there is a 71. cents difference and we don't want you to have thlo pay that. I said how kind it's ok . Cashier seemed relieved. In all part store is well kept . Super prices and a staff that cares.”

“The pieces here are on trend and affordable. The quality of the garments is superb. I like the denim, it's as good a a pair of Levi's. The jewelry is nice, I have earrings that are still holding up and haven't tarnished. I'm not comfortable using fitting room, as it's UNISEX with curtains.”

“TONS of clothes for men & women. I wish they would organize them better (by size) to save time, but I know how the public can ruin that for stores. Could use a bigger selection for Homewood, but this place is great for clothes. Awesome prices & really cool customer loyalty app program.”

“From hidden gems to “wait…this is HOW much?!” deals, every aisle felt like a mini treasure hunt. I walked in just browsing and walked out with bags full of style, steals, and a whole lot of satisfaction ??? Nothing beats finding cute pieces for a fraction of the price — 10/10 experience, wallet still smiling, and closet about to be upgraded! ???”
