“I don’t write many reviews so when I do it’s either very good or very bad. And I will say buckle has the best customer service of any retail store I’ve ever seen. I just happened to do my exchange at this location but I have also shopped at the Woodlands and Memorial City locations and each time their employees are so friendly and always willing to help you. Typically I just buy jeans for my SO but I will be shopping there for myself more solely due to their amazing customer service.”

“I found this place last minute shopping for a Mardi Gras gown... So glad I did. They had lots of great dresses, in all sizes. Tbe woman who helped me was very nice and helpful, not pushy at all. I was able to try on 7 dresses within 30 mins & found one I loved for under $50. Bonus. I was short on time, but was able to spin thru the store enough to know that I want to go back and look at EVERYTHING! (there was a lot of cute clothes there along with shoes, bags, accessories, etc.)”

“Came in for some shirts for my 2 girls. Size large fit too tight so came back to return them. A nice lady greeted me at entry way and said returning something. I replied actually I'm here to exchange. They took a while at register. I said what's the problem? Since you bought 1 shirt and get 2 free there is a 71. cents difference and we don't want you to have thlo pay that. I said how kind it's ok . Cashier seemed relieved. In all part store is well kept . Super prices and a staff that cares.”

“This is an awesome place to be associated with. Their prices and services are great! We took my wife’s ring to get sized and it came out perfect just as we expected. They got it sized in less than one hour. They serves us soft drinks and a lounge as we waited for the job to be done. Highly recommend this place. Fantastic services!”

ONE PENNY. They just wanted to get rid of everything! I've never bought anything for 1 PENNY, but bubble gum 15 years ago, so I spent $0.08 total!”
