“I normally have very good things to say about this place, but when I came inside to pick up an order today there were four cashiers standing around the checkout and talking. I walked up to them and told them that I needed to pick up an online order. The woman closest to me replied: “Sorry, I'm off the clock sweetie.” While I believe she intended for it to be a joke, that is not how customers should be spoken to. She also continued to talk about what she said to me to one of the other cashiers right in front of me. She should have let her other coworkers assist me and not said anything at all. This whole situation was unprofessional and inappropriate.”

Joy assisted from start to finish and Floor and Decor in Humble made getting product a simple process by coordinating with my contractor to get the items I purchased. Will definitely go there for my next project…and find Joy!!”

“Great selection of goods, but difficult to find prices on clearance items. Prices are, for the most part, higher than Walmart, Amazon, and Hobby Lobby. I expected prices would be lower. Cashiers are very friendly and efficient. Parking is plentiful.”

“UpdateThey are moving! Everything is on sale now. You can't use coupons or other discounts. FYI. They will be in new location by May 2023. Still great people. Going to be moving on up to a better place!This is my local store, and I am her A LOT. The ladies that work there are always friendly. Some are not as fast at cutting fabric as I would want, but they are all endearing. The reason I gave it 4 stars is for the actual store. It is not that big. It does not have the variety other joanns has. It is an old building, kind of out of the way.”

“I looked at several lighting stores for a new ceiling fan with lights and couldn’t find anything I liked that would work in my space. I decided to go to Carol’s to look around, even though I was just visiting the area from out of state. Carol’s has a wide range of options fairly priced AND I FINALLY FOUND A FAN I LOVE! The customer service was excellent. Fernando was amazing and extremely helpful!!! He showed all the customization options to get me exactly what I wanted. I’m so glad I stopped in!”

“We wanted recliners, and Joe Herbert sales consultant answered all of our questions. Guided us through the huge variety of fabrics leathers and less bulky styles in their store. We found our recliners had them delivered yesterday, September 9,2023. WE love them. The colors were perfect for our new look. So now a new Sofa lol. Thank you, Mr. Herbert, for your help and kindness during our tierless search for the perfect recliners!!!!”
