Even as cluttered as Hot topics are this store was very clean and organized. You didn't really feel like you had to squeeze through like I've seen in other hot topics. The employees were extremely friendly and super helpful. Definitely makes you want to go back to this store.

The employees were so nice and made my shopping experience very pleasant. I was feeling down and needed a pick me up, and their customer service definitely helped with that!
