I came to H-E-B to get gas, and they had employees with smiling faces out directing traffic. It was so organized. No price gouging, no fighting, no cutting in line, no stress. In and out in seven minutes, gas at $ 2.97. THIS is why there is no comparison to MY H-E-B!”

“Pleasantly surprised by how clean this facility was, particularly the restrooms which were the primary purpose for our stop. Each toilet had its own room (not a stall), the toilets didn’t flush loudly, everything was automated and clean, and the restroom door had a foot hold to open the door instead of requiring use of the handle. They also sell fresh produce wrapped in plastic wrap and it looked beautiful!”

“Hey, it’s Walmart gas. Pro-tip: get walmart+ and get 10 cents off per gallon every visit. There are lots of other walmart+ benefits, but this by itself pays the subscription, but you also get Paramount+ streaming with walmart+. And the hits keep coming. I guess saying something deserving of a 5 star rating is needed here. To that end, they keep it pretty clean. If I had to change something, I would make it easier to get in and out of. It’s really kind of jammed against a curb and difficult to navigate around. Come to think of it, I believe I’ll drop the starrage (new word) to 4 due to the navigation situ. Thanks for reading. “Well, I had an experienced today. I unintentionally stranded myself by commuting to college on a low tank without realizing I left my wallet at home. Before I was graced with the kindness of strangers, the gentleman behind the front counter in the store (and I’m kicking myself for not catching his name) tried everything in his power to help me get gas without a physical card, going as far as to ask other customers if they had payment apps I could pay them with. Other gas stations I had stopped at today simply asked me to leave when I told them I did not have my card on me. Suffice to say, he went well beyond any obligation to help me, and any time I need gas in Huntsville I’m stopping by this Exxon for the foreseeable future.”

It's inexpensive and they give you a choice of curly fries or regular and it is BEST eaten with curly fries. The employees are always so nice and the women really put their hearts into cooking. The cleanliness of the store is also really excellent. While waiting for your food you can always check out their store they have a wide variety of items!! Love coming here when i'm craving a fool grilled burger.”

“I just stopped here just to use the restroom really quick. I decided to do this review and rate it a 5 because of the customer service. When walking out, something caught my attention. Usually when at a gas station, the employees only discuss drama or work stuff or it's the usual transaction type atmosphere. But this place yall! What I heard when going to walk out was a customer had just walked out before me and the employees were talking amongst themselves and saying how sweet that customer is and how much they just love her and etc. That's awesome! They were super friendly, made conversation with her and provided a positive atmosphere that made me feel like they appreciate and value their customers. Awesome job ladies! Good to come across places like this! For the record, this took place today 12/4 @11:05am.”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades.
