She confirmed my need for a replacement battery, but she went on to explain the readings and to show how old my battery was. She explained all the deals they had and wrote them down for me. I then comparison shopped and batteries plus was the best value. On my return, she even found a coupon for an even better value. My purchase and install was less than 15 minutes. Therefore, O'Reilly is not allowed to install these as they could be liable if something went wrong. “I'm only two visits I've become really big fans of this place. My first visit I brought a non-interstate battery to them. They gave me a loaner battery while they trickle charged and tested mine overnight before declaring it healthy and charging me nothing.My most recent visit they again gave me a loaner battery and installed it for me while they test and charge my battery overnight.Great customer service mixed with a strong product is a five star recipe for success in my book.Interstate, I will be buying all my batteries from you moving forward!”

I told him for the longest time I was a Auto Zone guy but recently became a fan of O'Reilly because of their customer service. We arrived at O'Reilly and Bob helped us with my headlight issue. He was very respectful and eager to help every step of the way from researching the correct product to physically helping us change out the headlights which proved to be extremely difficult. “Unfortunately, the alternator in our Acadia decided to die while in Ft. Worth for my son's baseball tournament.We were able to jumpstart the truck to make it to this location before dying again. Immediately Bobby was super helpful by testing the battery, charging it, to tell us what the issue was. He allowed our family of 4 to hang out in a corner of the store (out of the way of other customers) while we arranged for a tow truck to pick up our vehicle. Bobby even helped us get the alternator replacement so we could have it in hand for our mechanic. Thank you Bobby for your help!”
“I used to always go to Autozone for batteries or lights. But the service had been lackluster especially the past few times I went. I was at one and was given a really bad attitude by the clerk, and was going to go to a different location when I decided I would just try out O reilly's instead. I should add the lady on the phone from Autozone was exceptionally rude to me. I'm glad I went here instead! Professional, and good service. I will be taking my business here from now on and am only upset I didn't try this store sooner. Thank you.”
