“The customer service at this location is top level! I have been in multiple times over this holiday week for various things and every time, Naif was the definitive of a customer expert! He remembered me each time and was ready to step up to whatever I needed. I was also helped by another gentleman while Naif was busy today. Also, excellent customer service!! I have been with metro since 2017 and we have always had great service at this location!”
“I have been wanting to upgrade my phone for awhile, but was debating on waiting on the iphone 17's, but really wanted the pink iphone 16 plus. Well i made the decision to switch from my 14 pro max. i didnt want to wait for the phone to be shipped so i checked which location had it in stores via the T-Life app..Welp this location was the winner. I went in with my mom and was instantly greeted and taken care of. They weren't busy and we didnt feel rushed. I initially was helped by Mauricio Olgiun, he was super nice, helpful and very knowledgeable. when another customer came in they switched out and the next guy Kevin Holleman was just as nice, pleasant and knowledgeable, they were super patient and helped me the whole way through the upgrade process, also Steven Curry was helpful as well. Team Work make the dream work. I normally go into the T-Mobile that is closer to my house on Eastchase, ALWAYS the worst experience. I am willing to travel to this location for all my needs now. Great experience and i LOVE my pink iphone 16 plus!”

“Super Target is great! This location (and I think most of their Super Target locations now) have a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables that the regular Targets don't necessarily seem to have. It is a clean nice store with a good selection. It is getting more expensive than it used to be but that is probably more the whole world just Target. Overall it is a good place to shop.”
“Rene' and Clay are the best.. After having such a horrible experience at a Metro PCS in Dallas, I had to come to a corporate store, so they could clean up the mess from what the other store had done. Rene' sold me the Moto Pure, she took her time with me. She recognized, my frustrations but she didn't give up. She made sure the new phone was completely set up, transferred all my data over, even showed me how I could get back into my FB acct after being locked out for weeks. Jack was very helpful. Helped us transfer the service from another career. Explained us all the pricing and promo. The manager was also very nice . He helped us with additional promos and made us feel welcome. I definitely recommend this store. Deleon was very generous. Their pricing was pretty good.”
