“It is hard for me to imagine an Ace Hardware anywhere that could be better than my local store in Hurst, Texas. I’m a single mom, live paycheck to paycheck, and homeowner for almost 20 years. The amazing humans here have ALWAYS come through for me. I’ve been in there countless times with tears running down my face because I have a problem that I’ve convinced myself will cost me thousands of dollars. The men working here are EXPERTS and take their time with me to ensure I’m not overpaying, they go the extra mile to clean my threads of plumbing stuff, and walk me through what I need to do when I get home.
