“My review for some reason didn't show up other than the stars. This is a great store! It's super clean, organized and the customer service is great. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was the prices are pretty high in the deli. This is most likely due to the economy and all of that. I used to come here a lot to get their fabulous chicken salad. But at $10 a pound now it's out of my price range for a meal. They have fantastic produce and items and the atmosphere is wonderful”

“Brittain was so friendly and helpful. I called to see if the store had a specific homeopathic remedy. She looked it up on the computer to see if it was in stock. Then she took the extra step to find it on the shelf and offered to have it at customer service ready for me to pick up. I appreciated her going the extra mile in customer service. “I really love this location..They always have great customer service when I'm in. I am a Massage Therapist and they are my "go to" place for Almond and essential oils..Every sales person that I've had an encounter with were helpful but for me Gordy sticks out. I went in for a specific oil and they happen to be out and he told me that he would personally order it for me and have it shipped to me. I didnt want him to go thru all that trouble but the fact that he OFFERED that as a solution was absolutely amazing..So KUDOS to him....”

I ordered a product at a location on green oaks that was supposed to open at 10am but opened am hour late. But, this guy here at the highlands store was obviously reasonable enough to open the store on time and also be apologetic for a store he has nothing to with. Give him a promotion if you havent!”
