“MUST READ this entire review to understand how amazing the owner of this place really is. Even finding someone that would size a ring or do repairs to existing jewelry was very difficult as almost all the other jewelers I called are clearly out to make as much profit as possible and operate like a dealership. The title says “Jeweler” and rightfully so, unlike others who title themselves that way but are really just Jewelry Stores.Silver Creek sizes rings and does repairs on site with extremely fast turn around. What makes this place on another level is the professionalism of the owner. During sizing of a ring I had dropped off, a problem occurred that even though he took full responsibility for, truly there was nothing he could have done to prevent. He went so far above and beyond to make it rectify the problem, I can only imagine how much it cost him to do so. The ring is now perfect and this place just earned themselves a life long customer along with everyone I recommend them to anytime I have the chance.”
“The greatest people in town !! Not only did they fix my watch and replaced a few stones in my ring,but, they noticed I was having problems with my car remote and offered to replace the battery, and it is now also working !! The dealership was going to " reprogram " my car remote for $ 175.00 later that day and the Hurst Jewelry team replace my battery for less then $ 20.00 ! Praise the Lord!!
