We were looking for rose gold jewelry and she instantly led us to a few selections and continued to find more as we were checking out the ones she had already found. “Just had my 35 year old wedding ring, remade with a double sided ring guard, at Williams Custom Jewelers. Also, had a diamond pendant made, with some of my deceased mother’s diamonds. Both, turned out gorgeous! Mr Williams, is very creative and meticulous. He designed both items and got them done, in a very timely manner, and I can’t stop looking at my hand! I’m so appreciative of his work ethic and his honesty!! As long as I live in Texas, I’ll never use anyone else!”

I have bought myself several over the years and end up giving them to friends and relative that are just too envious to refuse. This jewelry is metal but not "precious metal" like Sterling or Gold, and does not appear to tarnish. The stamped letters are bold and easy to read and the design on the symbols are easily recognized for what they represent. I have been told that each design has been prayed over and the item is accompanied with a card that describes what the symbol represents. These are great gifts for anyone who wants something a little different than the standard Cross. The curiosity of someone looking at the jewel always seems to draw questions that lead to precious "life giving" conversations. I think they're great gifts for Christians to give or receive for those who seem to have everything and are looking for something unique!”

“On August 25, 2020 my soon to be husband and I went to Gatehouse Jewelers to see about ordering a wedding band. We were able to order the one I wanted and have it shipped in time to fly out to Las Vegas the following week to get married. They told us they would have it in time and the ring came in on August 31st, 2020. The manager met me there for me to get it and Shawn and I flew out the next day and were married in Las Vegas on September 2nd, 2020. Very good customer service!”

“MUST READ this entire review to understand how amazing the owner of this place really is. Even finding someone that would size a ring or do repairs to existing jewelry was very difficult as almost all the other jewelers I called are clearly out to make as much profit as possible and operate like a dealership. The title says “Jeweler” and rightfully so, unlike others who title themselves that way but are really just Jewelry Stores.Silver Creek sizes rings and does repairs on site with extremely fast turn around. What makes this place on another level is the professionalism of the owner. During sizing of a ring I had dropped off, a problem occurred that even though he took full responsibility for, truly there was nothing he could have done to prevent. He went so far above and beyond to make it rectify the problem, I can only imagine how much it cost him to do so. The ring is now perfect and this place just earned themselves a life long customer along with everyone I recommend them to anytime I have the chance.”
