“I have been getting medicine at this Walmart since I moved to the HEB area in 2016. They are all very kind, friendly, and help in anyway they can. They start working on filling your medications as soon they are called in or if you take your prescription up to the pharmacy, they ask if you are going to wait or just drop it off. If you say you’re waiting they usually tell you 15-20 minutes, but it doesn’t take that long most of the time. If you’re dropping it off, they ask how long before you pick it up and they have it ready before you get back to the pharmacy if you’re gone more than 30 minutes or longer. I recommend going there if you like to be treated the way you treat people. They are the fastest at filling meds in this area.”

“Excellent service at the CVS Pharmacy at Target on Precinct Line Road.The helpful team members promptly entered the new prescription that was moved from our regular pharmacy, (they didn’t have that medication and found the CVS who had it).The CVS team texted me as soon as it was ready - and promptly moved the pickup date when I called in a panic (a package requiring signature was verrrrry late, but no problem at all for CVS to accommodate the unplanned delay, thank you!).I was there early this morning to collect the needed meds, and the smiling team member advised a couple of details on the print out I might consider reading and an advise on cost since it is expensive (thank you for your thoughtfulness!)Wonderful customer service and such supportive and patient team members when there are questions - highly recommended!”

“Contrary to some others, I've always had a positive experience at this Tom Thumb. Pharmacy has a drive thru pick up which is nice when I don't have other shopping to do. My sister works at their corporate offices in CA and she encouraged me for years to shop with them, but the Safeway by my old house in Portland just wasn't great. We like the layout and selection and now they also offer the ready cooked meals for a quick weeknight option when I don't feel like cooking a ton. There seems to have been some turnover in staffing recently with a lot of younger new hires, but still see many of the regulars. In this day and age a little kindness goes a long way and I try to be friendly and thank cashiers and baggers by name, I feel like grocery workers are kind of like airline workers - not sure they deserve the brunt of our general irritation and we all know the labor market is super tight these days. Thank you for making a chore not too challenging - we appreciate you!”

“I just wanted to thank the kroger pharmacy team for working in to get my son seen today. It has been a day for this mama and and I was trying to get my son out of school and trying to make it to my son's appointment on time.Turns out I went to the wrong kroger location. Like I said...I was having a day. I asked politely if they could work my son into their schedule and they declined. I felt defeated but decided to call the actual kroger pharmacy to see if they could still see my son. When I called, I got a sweet and great customer service voice on the other end and she reassured me that my son can still get seen as long as we still make it. I hauled it to that location and we were seen swiftly. No issues and I am ever so grateful that the team were all kind and allowed us to still make it in.My son is double vaxxed and I feel better sending him to in person school now.Thank you Kroger Pharmacy team and God bless you all!!”
