“Such a lovely experience. Clean, well organized store with all my favorite groceries. I usually have to go to different places to get all my favorite healthier snacks and supplements but this store had everything I needed. Organic produce is a big deal for me and going to other grocery stores it can be a hassle to find organic fruits and veggies amongst the inorganic produce.This store had everything I needed. Friendly helpful staff as well . Will come back and recommend to friends and family.”

“Went to this place while visiting my daughter in Hurst, Texas. The man making our order was very friendly, talkative, and kind. The rest not so much. The barbacoa was great and the burritos weren't all tortilla. (My pet peave is having a burrito that's mostly tortilla.) They were out of carnitas that was a bummer but I had their chicharrones and they were great. I really wanted pan dulce but as soon as I opened the door it smelled stale. So disappointing. I really enjoyed what I did get and will be back. Maybe the pan dulce will be fresh and the employees will be kinder. Nonetheless every business deserves a 2nd and sometimes a 3rd chance. It is a new business and I will support them.”
“This Gem of a store is awesome. I had left my cell phone in a cart in the parking lot and a i left i couldn't find it. I called the number " from my personal line" and a women answered saying the owner of this phone left it. I answered with excitement knowing that there are still honest people out there. I drive back and went inside to retrieve my work phone. I offered a trip and she said she can't take it. Thank you so much. This is also a great place to shop with your health needs. Not overwhelming like other health stores.”

“My number one place to shop for groceries. Easy access, friendly staff, and a very good overall selection of grocery products. The produce department is always stocked very well,and a good selection of products. A pharmacy is also there. The only department that I believe could improve is the frozen foods. A great place to shop! They also have a Murphys gasoline station.A great clean place to shop ?. It's much easier than going to a Super Center if you only want to do groceries”

“Contrary to some others, I've always had a positive experience at this Tom Thumb. Pharmacy has a drive thru pick up which is nice when I don't have other shopping to do. My sister works at their corporate offices in CA and she encouraged me for years to shop with them, but the Safeway by my old house in Portland just wasn't great. We like the layout and selection and now they also offer the ready cooked meals for a quick weeknight option when I don't feel like cooking a ton. There seems to have been some turnover in staffing recently with a lot of younger new hires, but still see many of the regulars. In this day and age a little kindness goes a long way and I try to be friendly and thank cashiers and baggers by name, I feel like grocery workers are kind of like airline workers - not sure they deserve the brunt of our general irritation and we all know the labor market is super tight these days. Thank you for making a chore not too challenging - we appreciate you!”

“I just wanted to thank the kroger pharmacy team for working in to get my son seen today. It has been a day for this mama and and I was trying to get my son out of school and trying to make it to my son's appointment on time.Turns out I went to the wrong kroger location. Like I said...I was having a day. I asked politely if they could work my son into their schedule and they declined. I felt defeated but decided to call the actual kroger pharmacy to see if they could still see my son. When I called, I got a sweet and great customer service voice on the other end and she reassured me that my son can still get seen as long as we still make it. I hauled it to that location and we were seen swiftly. No issues and I am ever so grateful that the team were all kind and allowed us to still make it in.My son is double vaxxed and I feel better sending him to in person school now.Thank you Kroger Pharmacy team and God bless you all!!”
