“I came in to buy shelving for my husband's office, but wasn't entirely sure what I needed.When I got the items back to the office, I realized we needed to do it a different way, so I returned to the store to exchange. The cashier helped with my return, which went very smoothly, and then another cashier helped itemize what I was purchasing with petty cash versus my own card. Even though my purchases must've been difficult, both cashiers were kind and patient with me! Very thankful for their positive attitudes!!”
“The store is located in a sketchy area, so it is advisable not to expect employees to leave your bags in plain sight. However, they help answer questions about specific products. The prices are a bit high, but it is convenient to shop there.”

“I called a few days ago to inquire about your chicks! I was greeted by an associate named Bradley, he was very polite and informative about the chicks. He assured me that you all had chicks in stock. I wanted Easter eggers but about the time I made it in they were all gone. I hate that I forgot the associates name ( Ms. Lisa ), but it was a lady in the middle of the store at the desk by the chicks that gave me so much info about the chicks that you all had at the time, she also made sure that I could actually have chickens within my city limits. She had to tend to something else and asked another associate to help me, unbeknownst to me it was Bradley. He was 10x's more helpful in person, he made sure we had all the equipment that we needed to become chick parents.
Oh yeah we got a few Jersey Giants and we'll be back to get some Easter eggers when you all get some in stock. Thanks Brad and Ms. Lisa, I had a great experience!

“This place is right down the street from my house so I use them out of convenience. Their prices aren't always the cheapest but the staff always seems friendly and attentive and they have a huge selection of household items! Another added bonus is that they have a Scag dealer and a Stihl dealer located inside the store which is exactly what I need to service my lawn equipment. I like this place a lot and will continue to shop here”

“This place is a hidden gem for anyone in search of top-notch plumbing solutions for their kitchen or bathroom. For me a huge difference between Lowe's and Home Depot. Lowe's & Home Depot have people to talk to but are not fully trained to understand exactly what you need. Apex with the nice staff and the education on things takes the time to understand what you are saying by not saying it yourself. This is a big investment, and you don’t want to get it wrong. Jeff and Jonathan are just incredible. Not only did they help me make the right decision, I sent photos to show them what it looked like after the install and it was better than I thought. They went over things with me and I went in there with one idea and they showed me options and suggestions. I took them up on a suggestion and man, it rocks.Thanks again, guys!! “I when there on Friday at 6 pm to order a big order of shingle at the costumer service deck and a young lady was helping me with the order, she was very helpful until it comes to the delivery in the following Monday, she almost lost the sale due to the big window time frame. She even ask the coach leader cashier about the delivery and they keep say that was the best they can do for me, THEN Maria the assistance manger show up and save the day she even set the delivery for Sunday instead of Monday, and she use all her resources to give me a better deal on the 8k sale. MARIA IS THE BEST.”
“I broke down in a 18-wheeler right across of Central road and Kirby Smith was the closest parts store near. They had everything I needed but could not find an o-ring/seal on the computer but that didn't stop the man who helped me from digging in the back and really went out of his way for half an hour at least to find something that would work. Great customer service!!”
