He talked me through several wheel options and told me if I can get there today they can fix me up, (I live almost 2 hours away). I was late due to traffic but the hospitality never changed. They ended up fixing me up with wheels tires and a leveling kit while we waited. Awesome group of guys.”

“I had some work done on my suv front end work;alignment, and purchased 4 new tires. My car runs great like a new car!! Then the check engine light came on and stayed on ray told me to buy the good gas so l did. The light went off and has stayed off that was 2 months ago.now ray could have said l need this or that so he could make some more money but he did not do that.l want to tell everybody that's having issues with their car to take it to downtown kwik lube it will be repaired correctly the first time.NO GO BACKS”

“In January 2026, a mechanic at the ‘shev-ee’ dealership said that the rear brake PADS would need replacing by March 2026, and would cost $785!!!!!! I did not have $785 for “genuine ‘gee-hem’ parts”.
(Companies are sensitive about their brands and trademarks, folks).
I knew I wouldn’t have enough money for car repair until June or July.
My father (RIP) had been an Ingram customer, and still had their business card. I found their new site and scheduled an online appointment.
I received a follow-up call from an Ingram employee confirming this appointment.
I brought the car in yesterday.
The rear brake pads were replaced in about an hour. I had time to go to PT’s Fish place and get something to eat!
Then the Ingram owner took the car out for a test drive.
The cost of rear brake PADS for the 2018 ‘chev-ee’? $208.00, tax included. A LOT better than $785.00.
I will recommend this business to anyone who needs car repair. 🙂”

“I was on I-35 South and had a tire blow out on my late father's trailer when I pulled over I started looking for somewhere to help then I saw Masseys wheels! I'm disabled so it's hard for me do get around at times so I was soo happy to see them about 20 yards away! The owner helped me out greatly, he found the tires I needed and he and one of his worker put on the tires! It was cheaper than I expected and he was very professional and genuine! I highly recommend them even if you don't blow a tire on the freeway! Please check them out!”

“Great service, and it's usually not busy. They did me a solid when my wife messed up a new tire a couple weeks after they had installed them. And they actually use a torque wrench to ensure your lugs are tightened properly (which is not a given)!”

They had it available so I didn’t have to go to a parts store or go on a special day when a particular technician is there “ Hamms” If you were old like me, bring cash. I don’t know how to pay things with my phone yet like Cash app and all that… Even though ,five stars for awesome Service… Plus, he trusted me enough to go to the ATM… Faith in humanity restored.”
“Jeff, thank you for being an honest and customer oriented business owner. After being told by three other tire shops ( Walmart, discount tire, Kwik car) that my flat tire is unrepairable, I sent a picture to Jeff showing the flat which was at the edge with the inner side wall, and he said he could fix it with a sidewall patch from inside. It saved me the hassle and unnecessary expense to replace at least my front tires which would have been at least $900 because I have an expensive Falken all terrain tire.. and these tires still have enough thread for another 20-30k. I would highly recommend this place.”
