“Truck Drivers: they had me in and out in 20 minutes 4 hours before my appt. This is how every receiver should model their docks. Chef's Kiss. Also... Whataburger is hot garbage. In-n-Out for life.”
“Called the company number to get some info regarding receiving, never spoke to such nice and helpful and not-in-a-rush person. They are strict by appts and receiving is mon-fri 0800-1200.”
“Had a client that needed some tires today and made a trip to ALFA Tires & Hubcaps. This is the best place to go when your clients need tires in my opinion. They always have the tires I need in stock when I call and they give me an option to pay in cash or check and the prices are very good. The customer service is always good. Highly recommend.
Still a great place for your tire needs!!”

“excellent place to work I have worked here with some of the people with bad complaints on here lets speak the real you come to work not sit on your phone sit in the bathroom or take long breaks if people would work more instead of leaving early all the time kohl's would be a better place”
“If the goods are ready, please try your best to help THE OTR driver to load the goods earlier. It may not be a big problem for you, but for the OTR driver, it may mean that we can go home early and have a rest for one day. At this season, waiting for more than ten hours outdoors is torture!”

“I love coming to this place both pick ups and drop offs. BUT you can only reach the entrance from one side of the road....no median cut out for the opposite side of the road. NO U-turns y'all.”
“I had a wonderful experience with Niesha at the guard shack. She was very helpful and kind. Great attitude and very beautiful lol. I wish all shippers had women like her to welcome drivers in.”
“I believe this place is getting a bum rap concerning reviews. I noticed this trend in google reviews space. If someone in most cases not all, gives a negative review, then next person tends to follow suit no matter how minor their experience may have been. As a former retired Soldier, I will offer this perspective. Be a leader not a follower. Be the head and not the tail. Form your own opinion and apply it to each situation and every situation is not the same. If credit is due, then give credit, and if someone falls short of expectations, tell them how they can do better. My experience has been pleasant, even the person that checked me in over the phone was very polite and professional, yes sir and no sir. Well done Hayes Retail Services! Angelo loaded me and I appreciate the expeditious customer service. In at 06:05 for a 06:30 appointment and loaded by 07:05. Full Truckload.”
“I love my job the people are caring and there's nothing really that hard unless your having a hard day it's one of the jobs I liked most they start u as a white badge and 2 months u become full time”
“Heads up to anyone coming here. This is a gated yard. If you don't have the code to get in you'll have to wait, but just be patient. If it's during regular business hours you'll get in. If it's the weekend not so much. Please know, Yard Jockeys do not have the authority to let anyone in. The whole building is Medline. Receiving is on one side and shipping is on the other. Both the Receiving and shipping officesare in the middle of the building. Plus Receiving has an extra office by door 23. If you arrive at 4am to 1:30pm, use the 23 door. You'll get better luck. If you’re dropping a load and picking up an empty, the loads go in the lanes on the west side of the Receiving yard, and you'll find all the empties on the east end with the doors open. Do not pull any trailers from the doors! Unless you have permission from the yard Jockey or management inside. If you find an empty just take it and go. No need to check in empties. You can leave using either exit. The gates will open automatically. If you're headed south, use the Receiving side gate. Hoped this helps.”

“Prior to EVERY pickup or delivery, I always read the reviews to get an idea of the type of people I may have to deal with.
This place had the most negative reviews that I've seen in a while, so I actually dreaded coming here!
What really could've started out bad was, I had a 7am appt., but I swore that it was at 8am, so I was an hour late!
There is a previous review where someone said that they were 10 minutes late for their appt., so they were made to wait for 8 hrs to get back to him!
Well, to my surprise, my encounter turned out totally different than I expected!
Annette was the one who took care of my paperwork.
She did inform me that I was an hour late, so the workers will have to unload me in between other scheduled appts., which I thought would probably be at the end of the day...but to my surprise, she got me a dock right away and the workers got me unloaded within an hr and a half!
I went back for the paperwork and thanked Annette for fitting me into their schedule and also mentioned that I would give the company a great review.
Right then, three other employees turned around and said, "thank you!"
I had told them that I read the reviews prior to coming here and was concerned about coming here.
I was informed that the complaints were about another crew.
Everyone that I saw that was working the schedules and the appts. seemed to have a good attitude even though they were swamped.
If I come back here, I hope to get the same crew.
I'll ask for Annette! ??”
