“I needed a brake flush. I Googled places near me and found Brakes Plus on 620 in Round Rock, Tx. I appreciated that they offered online appts through the site. It was easy and confirmation and communication was instant. They sent a couple of reminders which was helpful and also emailed me a coupon specific to a brake flush. When I arrived I was greeted by a kind employee who checked me in. He let me know the price and how long it would take. He also said they’d do a full vehicle and brake inspection. Almost immediately, they pulled my car in the bay. They already had several vehicles being worked on so I was surprised. Sitting here now, I bet they exceed the time they said it would take and I’ll be back on the road soon! While waiting in the lobby, several customers came in after me. Each were treated very professionally. It’s a calm environment. As a lady, I feel safe and comfortable waiting in the lobby. Also, just wanted to say that a brake flush is only $99 and they give you $5 off for the coupon. I think that’s a fair deal. If there are any updates after I post this review, I’ll add to the experience but so far, it’s been great!”
