“If you’re delivering paper., they have one receiving dock. It’s fcfs and most generally fast unloading. Get there get in the dock if no one is in it. Then walk up the stairs to check in. If someone is in it. Pull forward on the road and back in to the far side of the dock pad (pic 2). Pic 1 is how to setup for backing into the dock.”

“Donald is an outstanding General Manager! I had an unusual situation where I needed a receipt reprinted for work, and he went above and beyond to help me. Donald patiently spent time with me over the phone, asking all the right questions and never making me feel like a burden. He researched, kept me updated with multiple follow-up calls, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to resolving the issue.
In the end, we discovered that the receipt had to come directly from FedEx and wasn’t in the Office Depot system, which was entirely my mistake. But instead of being frustrated, Donald was truly happy that I’d be able to resolve it. His professionalism, kindness, and customer-first attitude made a stressful situation easy, and I so appreciate the time and care he gave.

We loved our furniture, which included full living room, dining, and bedroom sets with all matching furniture. All of the pieces were in great condition and looked lightly used, as we expected.The couch was surprisingly so comfortable, and the furniture looked really nice.
