I'm thinking here we go.. bout to get towed bc where I'm at.. but INSTEAD he offered to get a floor jack and lift it for me to help me out. TALK ABOUT A GOD SEND ?♂️.. “Called these folks as recommended by another towing company that relocated one of my airplanes. I bought a Telehandler that was too large for Trey to move, and he recommended these folks. There were storms, they were busy, as in most cases there is a labor shortage. What really shined about these guys was the way they carried themselves. We did miss a coveted inspection slot with Samsung in Taylor that set us back a week, however they took the time to call and update me instead of me having to reach out to them for status updates. As their competitor said (my friend that referred them) the pricing is fair, the service is excellent, and the folks are friendly.”

Dane and his guys always go above and beyond for my wife and I. It has a personal family feel to it that large shops don’t have.
Recently, Dane even printed me maintenance care things for my Frontier that you can’t even find on the web. It’s on a platform specifically for mechanics. Info HE PAYS FOR as a professional!
Even more recently, I went in for an oil change and provided all the equipment for the change. Later, my oil stated dripping bc of my faulty plug that I provided. I went back to the shop and he found the issue, drained the oil, checked everything, filled it back up, and didn’t let me pay. Crazy.
Can’t recommend this shop enough!”

“I needed to have my vehicle towed from Pflugerville to Hutto for diagnostics and repairs. After hearing sticker shock from the first company I called (based on a Google search), my second call was to Aus-Tex. The young lady who answered the call was very professional, answered my questions, and gave me an estimate that was substantially cheaper than the previous company and included the breakdown of towing, mileage, and the fuel service charge. Within 30 minutes of hanging up, the driver DeMarco was on site to pick up the car. The payment process was quick and easy via text and overall this was a smooth transaction. I would definitely recommend them and if needed, would not hesitate to use their services again.”

“My cargo trailer broke an axle and I got stranded up north off 183. A mobie mechanic came by and wasn't going to be able to get the parts and repair it. They recommended Interstate Chaparral Towing. Moving a trailer with a broken axle is not an ordinary towing job, it required a special flat bed truck. Also a driver who knows how to load a trailer onto a flatbed without the ability to roll it on it's own wheels. So I had to wait a couple hours until the right truck and driver were available. The dispatcher quoted me $400 on the phone but said that it may be more depending on time. They arrived and carefully loaded the trailer on the flatbed. Towed it down to my house in Buda, about 30 miles, and carefully unloaded it on my driveway. Didn't damage the trailer or contents, and we used some pieces of wood to protect the driveway so the metal parts of the trailer didn't gouge the concrete. The driver spent about 4 hours total and the total bill came to $362.”
