“I have gone to other AT&T stores and have to wait and wait just to be acknowledged .. then when I finally get to speak to someone … they have no time nor interest for helping.. Saturday that happened again in Rockport … I left and called the Aransas Pass store.. I was happy to hear the person at the store was listening and kind. I drove over there and as soon as I walked in, I noticed people there, but the lady immediately looked up, welcomed me and said that she would be with me in a moment… Victoria helped me out has a new phone and helped set it up!! It took over 10 hours to download!! I had and iPhone 7 and purchased an iPhone 17 Max she helped me to connect my iPhone to my other devices. She was very helpful… She has the best service personality that I’ve seen in a very long time. There were many people in and out of that office and with each one she took her time… if you need good and patient person to help, she is awesome and certainly deserves a raise!!! she excels at her job”
“Cheryl helped me in what seemed impossible. I’d recently went to another store and never felt like more of a burden but the Portland store was nothing short of phenomenal. She stayed with me the whole time despite all of the brick walls we hit with my exchange. Everyone needs a Cheryl, y’all!”

“So I was having trouble with my old service provider, decided to stop in and see what kind of deals were available after being referred by a friend. EMILY IS AMAZING!!! I had a wonderful experience with her. She treated me very nicely and gave me no issues whatsoever! I was able to keep my old number and get a new phone for a third of the price I would have paid with my old provider. Can't recommend these guys enough! Thanks again Emily!”
