“I have gone to other AT&T stores and have to wait and wait just to be acknowledged .. then when I finally get to speak to someone … they have no time nor interest for helping.. Saturday that happened again in Rockport … I left and called the Aransas Pass store.. I was happy to hear the person at the store was listening and kind. I drove over there and as soon as I walked in, I noticed people there, but the lady immediately looked up, welcomed me and said that she would be with me in a moment… Victoria helped me out has a new phone and helped set it up!! It took over 10 hours to download!! I had and iPhone 7 and purchased an iPhone 17 Max she helped me to connect my iPhone to my other devices. She was very helpful… She has the best service personality that I’ve seen in a very long time. There were many people in and out of that office and with each one she took her time… if you need good and patient person to help, she is awesome and certainly deserves a raise!!! she excels at her job”
“Ramiro went above and beyond!! My iPhone (5 years old) crashed. He got me hooked up with a new one, and stayed past closing to transfer ALL data which took numerous attempts and his personal time. Now that is customer service we don’t see much of anymore!”

“Victoria and the other lady helping us didn't catch her name though were extremely helpful, pleasant and informative on the products and services. I loved how they weren't afraid to acknowledge a miss calculation in price of $5 which wasn't a big deal cause she did say approximately and it wasn't like it was a decespency of like $20 or more like other places we checked out. Thanks ladies!!!”
