“It wasn't a bad experience, but they were training a new hire and there was a lot of confusion. Everyone was polite and nice, but it did take longer than needed. Over all, I got what I needed.”

“I've been coming here and to the Lewisville location for about 8 years, they have a really nice selection, and the prices are set great too. always enjoy coming here to shop, read or spend time. Only issue is their buy-backdeal's, I had the Dexter dvd's season 1-5 brand new in their packaging. the employee said he could give me $7.50/$1.50 for each dvd. was like smh..bought them from Best Buy for $60. after I let him know he changed the sale offer. Went to the Lewisville location, they were worse. they said $5.00/$1.00 for each dvd.”
