Since the new manager has taken over this place has been amazing. She returns phone calls, helps resolve issues, was on top of bug problems before it became a real problem. She is awesome and I am hoping that the new manager takes as much pride in this property as current management!

Walking in to public storage and walnut hill ln meet a lady Sarah at the receptionist, she was excellent she had welcomed me like her own family and she has helped me through my problem and resolved it for me because I was stressed out so it was lovely meeting her and I wish I could do business with her in her unit
