The lady working at the desk, Dianna, was very knowledgeable about the details. She helped me understand all of my options so that I could make an informed decision. She also willingly gave me a tour. I must say, I wasnt expecting to receive that kind of customer service from a storage rental place. I was impressed!

I went to public storage this Friday and was treated very well by Diane, who I found. She is a useful person for your company, she really contributes. Again thank you for the service.
