They are described as phenomenal, personable, super friendly, helpful, and kind, knowing residents by name and striving to ensure a good living experience. The maintenance team is rated 10/10, with requests answered pretty timely. Residents enjoy community mixers held monthly and appreciate the clean and pretty apartments. However, a significant concern involves corporate customer support. One resident reported a negative experience with late fees and a lack of compassion or support when a bank issue caused a missed payment, feeling policies were more profit-driven. This experience overshadowed the positive local staff for that resident. Overall, residents call it the best apartment complex they’ve lived in, highlighting the amazing community and management. The setting around the lake is a super plus for walking, with a great trail nearby. While some note noise from the garage, most agree it is a wonderful place to live, with many stating they have never been happier and would live there forever.
