“I used the free pickup service and thought everything went well. There were only 2 substations on a 200+ order, and talking to the pick up rep the quantity was near my original order. When I got home I realized there was 48oz of frozen broccoli missing, which was a substituted item! We meal prep for diet reasons and this was a big issue! I mentioned it on the review and the manager called me today, with 44oz ready for me to pick up when I got there!
