“I haven’t had a chance to write my review, I moved into my new place on August 22nd 2026. The guys were very professional, they wrapped all of my stuff, they made an extra drop off stop for me and the prices were very reasonable, if I move again I will definitely use them. I referred my niece to them, she said they were great. Thank you. You guys were awesome.”

“I can’t thank Janae D. enough for everything she did to help me. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I got the right storage unit, and she made what could have been a stressful process so easy. From the very beginning, she treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine care. She answered every question I had, took the time to explain everything, and never made me feel rushed. It’s not often you come across someone who takes so much pride in helping others, and Janae’s dedication really stood out. She made me feel like more than just another customer, and that meant a lot to me. Because of her outstanding customer service, I would absolutely recommend Storage Star to anyone looking for a storage unit. Thank you, Janae, for your professionalism, compassion, and for going the extra mile. You made a real difference, and I’m truly grateful.”

“I had a wonderful experience at this Public Storage location thanks to Barbara and Kale. They were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. With just one call, they were ready to answer all my questions, explain everything, show me the property, and help me figure out what size unit would work best. I originally came in planning to rent a 10-by-16 unit, but after speaking with them, I chose a 10-by-20. They went out of their way to make sure I understood my options and felt confident that everything would fit. Barbara and Kale provided truly excellent customer service. They were patient, knowledgeable, and always smiling. They’re the reason I love this particular Public Storage location. Thank you both!”

“Office Boy was amazing! They are reliable, efficient, friendly, prepared and quick. We appreciated their superior service and can highly recommend them for any office move. We had more equipment and boxes than in the original estimate, but they worked with us to move everything and adjust the invoice at the end. There was no hold up at the time of the move. Thank you! Juan was the team leader and did a terrific job coordinating the move on the ground.”

“I had an awesome most delightful experience with this moving company. The dispatcher Mrs Amy so pleasant and helpful. Great in communication with me the whole time. THE 3 men Driver Antonio, the helpers Marcus, & David were beyond words. Hard workers, not playing around I appreciate that. They move my 1 bdrm out of home in 30 min ( for real, I serious). Then they moved the items to 3rd floor apartment and set up my appliances, bed, dresser , etc. They place the totes in the room it needed to go in. Did I say it was less than 3 hours a nd finished. ❤ it. Thank you men for your loyal and love to your job when moving people's furniture. God sent 4 angels my way. Thank you again Amy, Antonio, Marcus, and David. I'm be 👀👀 for you when I have to move again. 🙌🏾 🙌🏾 🙌🏾”

“Great service. My primary contact and driver Jack was excellent. Budd moved me from Long Island NY to Colorado Springs. Their office kept in contact with me the entire time. The budgeted cost from Allen was spot on with final cost. I needed a shuttle to move from the 18 wheeler up to the house. That transition was smooth too. Highly recommend this company. Very professional”
