The lady at the counter always provides excellent customer focused service. She could provide training on customer service. Customer service is about taking care of the customer not the bottom line. She is the primary reason I shop at this location

Called GP Main St shop about a new battery for my car.. shop thought they had it but didn't..had to drive to Irving location for the battery.. tech there was very helpful... shop a bit tuff to get into & out(rush hour traffic)& parking tuff with my full size dually truck!!

Had to get a fuel pump relay, they were the only place that had one in stock and it was the cheapest. Cant beat that with a bat!!
