They over price their gas. Maybe because it’s near a college and the majority is white ppl, the owners seem kind but I personally feel like they take advantage of the convenience for sure and price it higher.

Raj and his wife are both very kind people. May not have the cheapest gas around but that doesn’t really matter since I like to support a family owned business.
