Had a problem with turn signal switch a week after I bought it. Just by chance I called Mr Reza and told him about it he said bring it over and he took care of the problem. No charge. “They are definitely experts in Saabs, and only work on Saabs. I've taken 3 Saabs to them over the years. They provide free estimates which is great. Always available as well, Charlotte always answers the phones and responds to email. On more than a few occasions, I've been shamed by the older mechanics or belittled because of my questions, but I take it with a grain of salt since they have been working on cars for like a hundred years. When I suggest that I will attempt to change basic parts, like the telescoping drink holder, he scoffed and implied I would break it. Well guess what, I did install it, and I didn't break it! But I did break the air vent, haha. Caesar is the youngest guy in the shop and he is very personable and has great people skills.”
