I called EVERYONE in Alvin, Manville, Pearland - nobody could fit me in or were willing to do the job if they didn't sell the hitch. Called Discount Hitch and spoke with Louis. "No Problems bring it in." Not only did they do the job, and did it quick; their customer service was great! Helped me backing my 30' trailer into and out of traffic. Why am I giving five stars since I couldn't fix my problem? It's because Isael had researched, went in front and behind his counter several times to try a few configuration of the parts, and even loaned the tools from their store toolbox that I needed to take apart and install the light covers. And he did it with a great attitude. 1st class customer service. Above and beyond!”
