“This Ford location took care of my wife's 22' F250 that had some rear taillight issues. It was difficult to pinpoint, but in the end they completely fixed the issue. Daniel, in particular, went above and beyond to find the exact bulb my car needed — something the AutoZone on Spencer in South Houston couldn’t be bothered to do. They dismissed me and referred me to the Ford dealership instead of making any effort to help. Daniel took the time to look it up and made sure I left with the right part. I brought my Mustang in with significant front-end damage, and Sam and his team did an outstanding job bringing it back. The fitment, paint match, and overall finish came out extremely clean—everything lines up the way it should, and the car honestly looks better than it did before.
What stood out to me was their attention to detail and willingness to work with me on the build. They helped source and install the exact parts I wanted, including a custom hood, and made sure everything came together right instead of just rushing it out the door.

“I can't say enough about harbor freight. Like come on yall, this place is awesome.
If I could suggest anything, I'd wish they had longer hours. Even an hour more in the evening would be awesome.
My local store is closed at 9pm. The shopping strip has stores open as late as 10pm and would be nice if more stores in the strip stayed open until 10pm.
Nonetheless, I love this store. They have the best prices and the return policy is the best.
I've only had to return 2 things but it was so easy. They took the item and exchanged it quickly for a new working one.
I love the battery packs, can't beat the price for amount. Love my shop vac.

I informed Nikkie that a staff member at a nearby store, located near Chick-fil-A and Panda Express, had advised me to wait until my battery completely died, despite my explanation that my vehicle had already shut off and I managed to bring it to Autozone. Nikkie apologized for the inconvenience caused by the other employee, which was not necessary, and proceeded to help me. Overall, I received excellent customer Service from Nikkie”

“I have been coming to Bass Meineke for almost 10 years. Although I do a lot of car work myself, they are my go-to shop for many repairs. Colton, Carlos and Nick, the mechanic helped me resolve a persistent vibration in my 2013 Honda Pilot that I had bought from an unscrupulous car dealer outside town. Vibrations are annoying at highway speeds and when you are driving over 50k miles a year. They understood this and spent the time necessary to isolate the problem to inner tire rod ends and a wheel balance. In addition, they replaced my shock/struts at a very reasonable cost. The car no longer rides like a blob of goo. They are very fair on pricing and provide 5-star service. As long as these guys continue to operate the way they have, they come with my highest recommendation. My car is no longer unsafe at any speed. Thanks again.”

“I had a cracked wheel for years and was getting it welded left and right. It finally went out , and finding a wheel for my car was like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Every other place didn’t have my size, or online was charging at least $400-$500. I was overjoyed when they actually had it here, for more than half the price. Customer service was amazing, and they also took my old tire! Definitely the place to go for hard to find items.”
