“I can't say enough about harbor freight. Like come on yall, this place is awesome.
If I could suggest anything, I'd wish they had longer hours. Even an hour more in the evening would be awesome.
My local store is closed at 9pm. The shopping strip has stores open as late as 10pm and would be nice if more stores in the strip stayed open until 10pm.
Nonetheless, I love this store. They have the best prices and the return policy is the best.
I've only had to return 2 things but it was so easy. They took the item and exchanged it quickly for a new working one.
I love the battery packs, can't beat the price for amount. Love my shop vac.
Love my rotary tool with all the attachments. Love the deals to get more! Love the free item and coupons. Love the staff! Love the store layout, so clean and easy to move about.

“Yesterday afternoon, my 1997 Ford F150 was making some weird noises in the motor. So I did your basic fluid checks. And sure enough, no transmission fluid and very little oil. The closest auto parts to me was this one. Now, what are the odds of walking in and the first thing you see is a table with motor oil and transmission fluid 😱 It’s like they knew I was coming 🤦♀ What’s even better, the large containers of motor oil were on clearance for under $15. So I bought 2. The sales rep, Anthony, greeted me immediately after assisting another customer. I told him I needed some transmission fluid for my ole’ truck. He pointed me in the right direction and met me there. After checking out, he took it upon himself to fill my truck. I didn’t even have to ask. A true gentleman indeed. He was under the impression that my truck of 29yrs had well over 200k-300k miles. Boy was he surprised to learn that she had only 194k and still strong. We had a great conversation. Thank you Anthony for all your assistance yesterday. It was greatly appreciated.”
“I had a cracked wheel for years and was getting it welded left and right. It finally went out , and finding a wheel for my car was like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Every other place didn’t have my size, or online was charging at least $400-$500. I was overjoyed when they actually had it here, for more than half the price. Customer service was amazing, and they also took my old tire! Definitely the place to go for hard to find items.”

Nathan really know his stuff and I can bring him a unicorn (off the wall never before seen stuff) he he always find what I need.
