I had a terrible situation that happened to me over the Christmas holidays and they were very understanding , accommodating and compassionate. You just don’t find that now days with big dealerships and their body shops. Juanita called me daily to let me know what was happening, alleviating the anxiety I felt with the repair of my car . That’s how I was kept in the loop! The Progressive adjuster did not call me once!!Alex even helped me when my headlight bulb went out and replaced the bulbs above my license plate , with no charge! I had no idea they were out. I am so grateful for his assistance.I hope I don’t ever experience this again but if I do , I will go back to United Car Experts ! Excellent experience !”

“Definitely a 5 star. I hit a pothole of the century, two of my wheels were bent. Anthony clearly explained what he was going to inspect and responded with what he found. The cost was definitely fair. During the repair a slight hiccup happened and he was very upfront about it and got it taken care of rather than hiding it. Love the work, not rushing to finish them. Also love the fact that "I am not going to do a job that I wouldn't accept myself, either don't do it or do it right". The only thing is... Lots of big trees around the shop so lots of dead leafs on the car.. I had to vacuum them all out at a carwash and jammed the hose. Sorry Mister Carwash.”

“Highly recommend Kim and his crew! I came here back in August 2023 to get my head unit fixed. Needed them to figure out the amp turn on wire as my adapter did not have the required connections for my 2009 Mazda 3 2.3 S Hatch.I wanted some some ceramic tint for my front windshield and Sound Solutions offers quite a few brands and options, if you're curious, just call and ask. You'd be surprised how much they have on offer. I would highly, highly recommend this to anyone. It makes a tremendous difference. I went on a 1000 mile Texas road trip a few weeks after install. The best way I can explain it is direct sunlight goes from being unbearable or uncomfortable to just being a little warm. Even if it's 90 or 100+ weather, you do not come back to a scalding car.This past week I went back to get the rest of my window tint replaced with ceramic and I am so impressed with the work Kim and his crew does. You can't tell anyone was working in your car for hours. They are extremely respectful and clean.Communication is A+, good pricing, and they can take care of about any issue you have. If you're hesitant, just call Sound Solutions and ask for Kim, he'll get you sorted!”

I had a major ding in my brand new Defender that I was really pissed about but they made it look like nothing happened!They didn’t just do a light dent repair…they actually used a technique to heat the door’s metal and then iron out the ding from the inside to make it look brand new. And then of course they did a paint touch up.This route was a little pricier than a regular dent repair but I believe I paid my money’s worth a job well done.The staff is very friendly and welcoming as well…I will be back to have them implement some mods on my Defender.”
