“This is my second time coming here. Both times have been excellent down to the quality of work, time of completion and customer service. First time I had my vehicle repaired via an insurance claim with almost $9,000 of hail damage and the second time I had a single dent that was fixed via a warranty which Amy had approved and fixed within 3 hours. Both times the car was returned just like how I left it but no dents :). Communication was great and would come back anytime I get more dents!”
“Mohammad was a rockstar! Came in with 2 insurance claims and the transactions worked seamless. From start to finish he kept me informed of the status of parts, repairs and explained everything clearly when I had questions. The shop jumped right on my repairs and fixed the truck quickly. When I received my truck back, it looked brand new. Mind you the only repairs were my hood, front bumper, and my replacement of my rear taillights. He even found that my front headlight was cracked and replaced it as part of the front end repairs. The vehicle was cleaned on the outside and the inside. Will definitely go this shop in the future for any work I need done in the future. Thank you.”

Chad and I agreed to the areas to repair on the car, however he went above and beyond from what I had expected.
I was left in awe on how Chad did a great job removing the dings from the car.

Anthony went out of his way to go the extra mile to get the most affordable price he could on my bumper and eventual final price on the complete bumper replacement and paint job. His experience and professional way he handled any concerns I had was exceptional and I have to say I dare anyone to find a more affordable high quality paint and bumper for under 3500 which wasn't about quantity, but true quality for the customer service and finding solutions to problems as long as Anthony works at Spring Cypress!”

“I had my car repaired at Classic Collision in Spring, Tx after a parking lot accident. The repairs came out great, and they even washed my car before returning it. The receptionist and estimator did a fantastic job they were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They also coordinated with Enterprise so I could get a rental through my insurance while my car was in the shop and picked me up there to get the rental. It took about a week for everything to be completed. I had to return once for a minor issue, but it was quickly resolved. Overall, a solid experience I would recommend.”

The work performed was excellent. It should be known that I am very picky about body and paint work. My father owned a body shop, so I know what to look for. $7,200.00 in repairs and it looks perfect.
Upon dropping my car off I had some questions about the rental car needed while the repairs were being done. The manager (Matt) was able to answer my questions.
All in all this was a great experience!
