“I visited Mattress Firm located on Bunker Hill, Houston, Tx. I had the extreme pleasure of meeting Rusty, who thoroughly walked me through picking a new mattress. Rusty, was not only patient in explaining the different types of mattresses and their specific attributes, he allowed me to continue comparing them until I reached a decision. He never pressured me to purchase anything, and as a result, I bought two mattresses and a pillow. I will be coming back soon to make another purchase. This is a great store to visit if you're looking for a mattress. The customer service is unmatched!”

“We went in Sunday to get my father a bed. He was going home from the hospital Monday so it was a last minute emergency purchase. Sean was closing, but was so kindly enough to stay after hours to help us purchase a bed for my father. He understood our situation and went out of his way to help us. Not only that, but gave us a great deal! And helped us load our mattress in the truck. We will never forget his kindness! This is a great representation of what a true salesman is! Not just selling to sell, but cares for the community!”
