“I cant remember if I have ever received the type of service from anywhere that I just got today from Mike and Will at Tractor Supply in Cleburne. These guys should get 10 stars for making something happen today and paying attention to customer details from two separate phone calls.I purchased a zero turn (toddler) electric lawn mower from the Granbury store last week. I had to take it back due to some battery issues, but telling that to my 3-1/2 year old son didn't go over well. This Cleburne Tractor Supply had another one in stock. So I called and this store shot me straight that it would be faster to order online to be delivered than transfer between stores. This was at 1 pm today 10-02-2023 and if you order before 2 pm you got same delivery. The possibility of it coming from the distribution center was more likely so I wasn't too worried about it as long as I got it sometime this week. Nope.... the order came in, Will and Mike got the order, recalled my phone call not wanting a open box item, threw it on the delivery driver, and I got it literally 2 hours later. My son will be ecstatic! Thanks for caring guys!”
“I'm looking for a wow gift for Mother's Day and found the outdoor patio wicker chairs!! I am so thankful for the assistance Alicia provided. She willingly asked if she could be of assistance as she assembled a 6-piece patio set. She checked availability, brought the item to the register, and helped load the item. The gift was a hit!”

“I had an issue at this store today, despite that, it absolutely was not the employees fault, but the other customers fault.
There was three resellers taking up all the popular halloween items. I saw multiple full carts from these people. Every single time employees were bringing out uboats of products, these three people snatched up everything. It's really sad and disheartening to have these resellers taking away the fun and the joy of doing halloween shopping.
Spooky is year round for me, but the decor only comes out once a year.
The other customer was even boasting about grabbing things before me and not getting the item, as well as making snide comments to me.
I spoke to the manager Theresa about this issue. She was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though it wasn't their problem or fault, she tried her hardest to be accommodating, and even apologized over the customers disgusting behavior.”

“I WENT INTO KOHLS TO REALIZE THEY CARRY CERAMIC VASES TO MAKE FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS. THE VASES COMES IN A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT SIZES SHAPES AND COLORS. ATTACHED IS A PICTURE OF THE VASE I PURCHASED AND THE FLOWERS WERE PURCHASED AT HOBBY LOBBY....”
“Nice store, well stocked, and seems to offer more variety than the Super Center. It's a convenience store w/o convenience store prices. Bonus, it's never crowded, and it doesn't seem to have the unruly kid problem the Super Center has. Probably due to the fact it doesn't sell any kids cloths or toys. The employees seem to be happy too. Always helpful. Burleson is lucky to have such nice Walmarts. Where I used to live it wasn't that way. Run down & dirty. Boxes sitting everywhere. I used to think all Walmarts were that way but no. These are nice.”

“Was looking for pools and by far the best and the best for price we were looking for a 10*30 pool for our family we found some 175$+ and then I realized that I had gotten a pool from big lots before and found the one I was looking for for 89$ so with taxes and two pool filters and a warranty it came out to 108.98$ we love this pool thanks Big lots !!!!!!”
