“Did a >14,500 mls 3+ months road trip across the SW USA in 2017. (My experiences reflect this year and time and can be different now). Stopped at a motel in Junction, Texas, for 1 night and got to see this interesting place. Short Stop was only a 5 minute walk away from my motel (the entire town has, like, 1 light) and the staff in both the convenience store and the pizzeria are very friendly and outgoing. It helped that it was a Friday night (there a decent party atmosphere going on with all the guests coming through) and I hung out for almost 3 hours. You can get a good pizza, the drinks you need and sit down on comfortable benches in the restaurant area. Junction, TX is ideal for anyone doing a road or business trip, looking for a place to sleep, fill up your vehicle and get a bite to eat! I highly recommend Short Stop in Junction, TX. A place where Southern Hospitality meets convenience. A+”

“This is a small town grocery store. The staff is very friendly and keeps the stor neat and clean. We found percolator filters here that were very useful. Sorry, they were so great we went back and bought all of them...so great for camping.”
