Only positive thing is the location. No doors for bathroom area. Stains on carpet in multiple areas. Elevators were about to be replaced. Hotel staff not helpful when needing towels because they only put 2 in the room. Plenty of other hotels in the area to stay in.

The staff is extremely friendly, especially Zoey. We had a slight issue with our room the first night, but she got us moved ASAP and even offered to move us to a king room with a tub to accommodate our 2 year old. Room could use a little upgrading, but overall, I’d recommend.

I give the front desk rep 5 stars she handle herself very well with the power going out gave everyone water and gave us eta when the power was on she killed it Ms Shay save the day
