“Great hotel to stay at. The rooms are nice. The place is maintained. But what really sets this place apart is the staff. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and courteous. The manager, assistant manager, clerks and housekeeping. I will stay here again when I return. The store for snacks and drinks has a good selection and reasonable prices.”
“I love the rooms very clean room easy booking in friendly staff and spacious for 1 bed king convient to food and shopping and interstate quiet area the only two things is change the ac vents I git stuffy they need cleaning breakfast was OK just a little bit more of a options wood be nice for the price so the reviews is true on the breakfast but what they have isnt bad its just for the price id like bacon or grits biscuits different spread for the bagels etc”
“We appreciated the option to keep the fan on all night, as it helped cover noise from outside our room. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the towels were noticeably softer than those at comparable hotels. The free breakfast was also better than what we’ve experienced at similarly priced hotels.”

“Great experience at this hotel, the Signature. Good service, clean rooms, complimentary breakfast, good customer especially the lady who works the night/early morning she help me out tremendously, and the older lady help me get the internet set up correctly. The only issues I had was limited parking due to some type of construction in the parking lot, and the other was the guy who works the evening shift, IDK what country he is from but he has an attitude and doesn't really seem like he wants to help with any questions you may have. Otherwise I definitely recommend the Palacio Signature hotel.”
“Nice amenities... Fitness center, indoor pool, and a pool table in the lobby. Breakfast was good. The mall across the street is convenient for shopping and entertainment. Low of restaurant options nearby.”
“Excellent hotel. Has A/C, water pressure, and a TV. Also don't give a bad review if you stayed 5 nights and you booked the hotel that was far away from the airport. That's on you dummy. Staff was amazing and they have hot breakfast! 😃”

“I had a great and wonderful experience from the process of checking in to checking out . My room was spacious and clean I have no complaints at all wonderful staff . Breakfast was a thumbs up i enjoyed it . They also have EV charging stations in the parking lot that's a plus if you a EV . I would stay again and recommend this place to someone.”

I was absolutely satisfied with my everything and everyone.Nearby activities: There were lots of things to do in close proximity.Safety: My Safety was secure! I felt very safe there.Walkability: I was able to walk to stores nearby. Close and convenient.Food & drinks: Free Breakfast every morning was great. Ery was totally amazing. So kind and helpful. Very pleasant to meet. Every morning she spoke with a smile on her face brighten up my day.”
“The staff is extremely friendly, especially Zoey. We had a slight issue with our room the first night, but she got us moved ASAP and even offered to move us to a king room with a tub to accommodate our 2 year old. Room could use a little upgrading, but overall, I’d recommend.”

“Not a great spot if you’ve got kids, but if you’re a solo traveler looking to save some cash, it’s pretty decent. It's cheap and clean. Just a heads up though, some folks smoke weed around here, and you can definitely catch a whiff of it while you're walking around. Their wifi sucks, you can get Xfinity wireless for 10usd /months.”
