“Not a great spot if you’ve got kids, but if you’re a solo traveler looking to save some cash, it’s pretty decent. It's cheap and clean. Just a heads up though, some folks smoke weed around here, and you can definitely catch a whiff of it while you're walking around. Their wifi sucks, you can get Xfinity wireless for 10usd /months.”

“I DONT LEAVE TOO MANY REVIEWS BUT I HAD TO BC VIC THE OWNER WENT BEYOND HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE MY STAY WAS ONE OF THE BEST ESPECIALLY WITH ME HAVING A BROKE ANKLE. THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND I HAVENT SEEN ONE ROACH THATS RARE THESE DAYS ALSO FAIR PRICES THE ONLY COMPLAINT I WOULD BE THAT I HAVE NONE THANKS AGAIN VIC AND STAFF KEEP UP THE GD WORK!!!!”

“Really enjoyed my stay here! Room service was responsive and helped take out the trash. Room is bright, beautiful, clean. Location is quiet and I slept like a baby. Most wonderfully is their AC unit, it turns on a dime. It feels like it takes only minutes to change temperature. Most wonderfully of all is the excellent air quality. I came to stay here due to some issues at home causing asthma and coughing fits, and when I stayed in this room I slept well for the first time in over a week. I was able to breathe deeply again. It was so luxurious to be able to take a deep breath. I slept so peacefully at this hotel that I had nice dreams for the first time, that I forgot it wasn't normal to have nightmares every night. This hotel deserves 5 out of 5 stars.”

“Great hotel to stay at. The rooms are nice. The place is maintained. But what really sets this place apart is the staff. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and courteous. The manager, assistant manager, clerks and housekeeping. I will stay here again when I return. The store for snacks and drinks has a good selection and reasonable prices.”

“Great experience at this hotel, the Signature. Good service, clean rooms, complimentary breakfast, good customer especially the lady who works the night/early morning she help me out tremendously, and the older lady help me get the internet set up correctly. The only issues I had was limited parking due to some type of construction in the parking lot, and the other was the guy who works the evening shift, IDK what country he is from but he has an attitude and doesn't really seem like he wants to help with any questions you may have. Otherwise I definitely recommend the Palacio Signature hotel.”

“Excellent hotel. Has A/C, water pressure, and a TV. Also don't give a bad review if you stayed 5 nights and you booked the hotel that was far away from the airport. That's on you dummy. Staff was amazing and they have hot breakfast! 😃”

“I had a great and wonderful experience from the process of checking in to checking out . My room was spacious and clean I have no complaints at all wonderful staff . Breakfast was a thumbs up i enjoyed it . They also have EV charging stations in the parking lot that's a plus if you a EV . I would stay again and recommend this place to someone.”

Staff were very accommodating to my needs. I would highly recommend this place to stay. Prices were very reasonable and affordable. I can’t wait for my next visit with them.❤️❤️❤️Rooms: My room was great with a big nice window view. I was absolutely satisfied with my everything and everyone.Nearby activities: There were lots of things to do in close proximity.Safety: My Safety was secure! I felt very safe there.Walkability: I was able to walk to stores nearby. Close and convenient.Food & drinks: Free Breakfast every morning was great. Ery was totally amazing. So kind and helpful. Very pleasant to meet. Every morning she spoke with a smile on her face brighten up my day.”

“The staff is extremely friendly, especially Zoey. We had a slight issue with our room the first night, but she got us moved ASAP and even offered to move us to a king room with a tub to accommodate our 2 year old. Room could use a little upgrading, but overall, I’d recommend.”

“A typical motel 6. Room layout same as all. The mattress was not comfortable, and the pillows were bad. Room seemed clean ,staff was friendly. There was not a lot of room if you pulling a trailer. Coffee needs attention”
