“Very clean and great price. Excellent for a quick overnight stay. About a block from the interstate, so nice and quiet. Close to everything in Katy. The area seemed very safe and the hotel had security cameras everywhere. Breakfast is included but is very basic. Had an issue with the door not locking correctly, so as you should in any hotel, double check your door when you exit the room. Will definitely stay there again.”

“Wasn't the best Marriott I've ever stayed in, but the people were super nice, beds were cozy, check-in & check out were easy, & the room was extremely spacious. Wish they had complimentary breakfast, though instead of that unnecessarily expensive bistro. Nice pool & jacuzzi tooWalkability: Just steps from the mall & surrounded by great restaurants”

“The breakfast chef is awesome! Takes pride in his food and serving! Hotel was alright, the automatic blinds suck leaving me in a corner room with no way to ever open them.. waters not the hottest but its warm enough.”

“The hotel was a good hotel, I been staying here for a few days , but today as I walked inside the bar/food place , one of the customer service workers (Richard) asked if I had just came in from outside , he did not greet me but he asked me that question as if I was someone trying to get free food or drinks… I sat and observed for sometime and noticed he never asked that to no one , my morning was going well but that was not what customer service should be about…”

“Well this I must say is a very clean place, but there was no soap no cups or tissues. Most places does generally have tissues to blow your nose and soap to wash with and cups to rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth asides from that, this is a very clean place.”

“I was very nervous booking here due to the reviews. My friend encouraged me to book anyway and I'm glad I did. Julio checked me in and he was so kind. You can tell he enjoys his career. No bugs, no smell, the elevator was down as mentioned in reviews. It was a good stay. My king room was a lil awkward how they built it, but it was a good stay.”

“Great experience. Long Family trip of 5 for a 9 days stay. Fantastic service and attention overall from front desk to breakfast team. My recommendations will be for housekeeping being more thorough on the days they clean and do something about low water pressure at any point of the day. Great new property, pretty clean common areas, pool looked great, same for Gym.Rooms: Room 312 was great size for family of 5. Two Tvs and sofa bed adds great sleeping areaNearby activities: Lots of great food and restaurants around.Safety: Felt very safe to walk around”

“The hotel is a older hotel that has been moderately renovated. The rooms aren't the newest so don't let the put you off, because it's in a really great location. If you are a light sleeper the walls are thin so that may be something to consider when booking.Walkability: The hotel is across from the Katy Mills Mall and several business and fast food restaurants. It's really ideal for anyone needing to be in a centralized area.Noteworthy details: The hotel is across from the Katy Mills Mall and several business and fast food restaurants. “WORST EXPERIENCE WITH MARRIOT.Decided to stay here for only one night to rest and recharged to continue my trip to South Texas. When I walked in, the two ladies at the counter ignored and were not courteous. Noticed they were distracted on their phones. Gave me a room and notice the "dark" aperance of the surroundings, like they gave the furniture a cheap makeover, when I walked in to the room a lady half naked started screaming and I turn around an apologize. I was furious because of this incident and asked to speak with thmanagerer. Obviously, I told him my view of the problem (both ladys distracted on their phones and not paying attention). He gave me the excuse of the system they use was outdated. The owner came and asked me what happened, and he got mad when I pointed out all the problems from the beginning of my visit there, to what he told me to "get out of his Hotel" which I did promptly and Happier!? Do Yourself a Favor and DONT STAY THERE, Not up to the Standards of Marriott. ?”

“Great rooms for price. The location is fabulous (right across the street from the beach). The best part is the friendly staff. We dealt with Wendy and she was spectacular. The night we were here the fire dept came because some kid burnt popcorn in one of the rooms. A little extra entertainment.”
