The wait time takes forever even when there’s barely anyone there. There were only two workers, and they spent most of the time chatting and complaining about their job instead of helping customers. The service felt very unprofessional and slow.

I will never step foot in this branch again. I’m a Preferred Rewards member and expected better treatment. The woman at the reception came up with every possible excuse not to notarize a simple one‑page document. I drove to the Cross Creek branch instead and had the complete opposite experience.
