“Very pleased with the repair and maintenance work done on my RLT-9. AC kept me informed all through the work period and the final checkout was as expected. “Wow!” was my initial reaction when I took my first spin. It was awesome.”

“I really appreciated the help I received from Evan Dunn and Tarek El-Abed. I don’t actually own any Trek bikes, but that didn’t matter at all. They were happy to answer my questions and help with both bikes I brought in for service. Tarek even offered to fix the derailleur issue on one of my bikes right then and there, saying he could probably have it taken care of in about 15 minutes. I ended up leaving both bikes overnight since my other bike also needed new tires and some derailleur adjustments. Evan and Tarek were both supportive, knowledgeable, and upfront about everything from the beginning. Later, when I ordered a set of pedals, Brian called me and they realized the pedals were for one of the bikes they already had in the shop. They went ahead and installed them for me at no additional charge. Overall, I had a great experience from beginning to end. Even though I don’t ride Trek bikes, I never felt like that mattered to them. They were simply interested in helping me get my bikes set up correctly. I’ll most certainly be coming back to this store, if for nothing else than the excellent customer service I received.”

“Excellent bike shop. Walked in with a flat tire...fixed it and installed a drink holder on my 26 inch cruiser in less than 30 minutes. Will continue to do business with them for sure”
