“I stopped by this location to exchange a vehicle that I had received from the airport location. The airport location did not have the vehicle I reserved available at the time of pickup. I didn't want to drive back to the airport so I stopped by here to check and see if they had what I reserved was available. The staff member was friendly and helpful but unfortunately they did not have the vehicle I'd reserved available.”
