“I had a very good experience with this Hertz location. I owe it all to Gabby. She is a kind and empathetic person.When I first found out my car insurance was was only giving me a discount through Hertz, I was a little worried after reading all of these negative reviews. However, Gabby took care of me and went the extra step for me. She didn’t have to, but she did bc she is a good person. I’m sure the other employees here are just as compassionate. The gentleman who picked me up and took me to this location was also very kind.People usually leave reviews when they’re dissatisfied. Honestly, it makes me question the behavior of some these reviewers. I can’t speak to that, but I can speak to my experience. This Hertz location, specifically Gabby, went above and beyond for me in a challenging time and I sincerely appreciate that. Hertz corporate— someone give her a raise!”

“Had reservation for 2 days. Went next day 9am no cars available. Had to get one NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE PRICE SET. So have to pay extra a day because no cars at location. Good thing I had a reservation.”
