“Oh my! Wow! This is such a wonderful gem. We got sausages, pork ribs, whole chicken, filet mignon, and many other meats here! The food they make inside is so fresh and delicious. The staff was welcoming and kind. We can’t wait to go back.”

“Everything about this place was great. I’ve been to some shady slaughter houses before where it didn’t even feel like the meat is halal, but this place was truly the opposite of it. I went to do my sons aqiqah here for two lambs. Price was fair, place was super clean, and the guy who demonstrated the process was extremely helpful. This was my first time I slaughtered an animal, so I’m happy this place set the bar. Would come again and recommend”
“Love this market. When I moved to Texas it was hard for me to find my oxtails, pigtails etc. the meat we use often in Caribbean culture but they have it. They also sell things like dried sorrel, scotch bonnet etc. Sundays mornings are extremely busy bc they sell cooked food but other than Sundays there isn't usually a wait!”
“I recently sampled the breakfast tacos, specifically one barbacoa and one chicharron, and found them to be of satisfactory quality. The tacos are generously filled with meat. While the pricing is somewhat elevated, it aligns with the prevailing market rate of approximately $2.50 per taco. The service was somewhat delayed due to understaffing, resulting in a wait time before being acknowledged at the counter. Given the low customer volume, this delay was less than ideal, though understandable. I anticipate returning to sample additional menu items, specifically during off-peak hours to ensure optimal service.”

I find most things that I need on a daily basis, however prices are not budget Friendly, but also not insanely high, they do have deals on the weekly basis, not enough organic choices, but plenty of other clean options, veggies are always fresh, and I love that they have wine for a quick spaghetti night indulgence, lol Prices of beer & wine match big stores, which is to be expected. Overall great store. 9/10 if they had more organic products it be 10/10. ?”
“This is a nice corner store stocked with canned goods, spices, cleaning products, cooking utensils, obviously meat and they also have a restaurant with delicious food! I practice my Spanish when I order.”
“If you've never had breakfast here definitely Try It!!?The restaurant has a variety of authentic foods such as menudo, gorditas & tacos. I recommend the gorditas with refried beans, carnitas (pulled pork), queso fresco, lettuce & tomato slice. You can add cooked catus w/egg. It is really good! The salas are delicious & not too spicy. For picky kiddos there's always bean with cheese in a flour tortilla.Menudo is freshly made but I boil it again at home because hominy might be a little hard for my taste.Not sure about the meat market, meat looks good ppl should -look at the expiration dates & appropriate storage as meat NEEDS to be kept properly sealed & frozen immediately. Can't blame this on Michocana or Businesses for improperly storing meats. A lot of people mention the Ladies attitude or rude manner- I didn't get any attitude. You simply must know what you want prior to getting in line you hold up the line by not knowing what you're ordering.”
“So, I ran in here one day just to pick up a 2 lt. Soda one day and was so impressed with the staff here. I don't speak a lick of Spanish but everyone went out of their way to help me even if they couldn't speak a lick of English! The meat there is awesome and the pre seasoned meat is amazing. I am sure they will have all your needs for Christmas dinner and more. Hope the management their knows how awesome their staff is!!!!”
