“We had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Ms. Tretisha. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful in guiding us to the perfect adjustable base for our king bed. She took the time to understand our needs and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
We would also like to commend the delivery gentlemen, who handled everything very professionally and with great care. They were punctual, respectful, and ensured the setup was done properly.
Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend both Ms. Tretisha and the Mattress Firm team!

“I bought a couple of chairs and a bench from Kassa Mall (KM) because their prices were the best I could find (my local furniture store couldn't touch it, straight up told me to buy from KM because they (the local store) couldn't match those prices. I got a little concerned after reading reviews that I would receive subpar merchandise (if any at all) but thankfully that isn't what happened.
I will note that I did have to call to follow up on my order a few times, and if I hadn't done that I would have had NO idea when my order was being delivered! Since someone has to be present to sign for delivery, that can be an issue. The order was out for delivery about 2 weeks after I placed the order, which is excellent. I did receive a somewhat garbled text stating the delivery driver was about 1.5 hours away (seems like they used a translator app and it didn't do a good job) so we had someone there to sign, thankfully.
The furniture is gorgeous, exactly as pictured! My husband unboxed everything, and there were no issues to be found. I would order from KM again. (Note that I am in the San Antonio area, so the delivery didn't have to go as far as some reviews have mentioned).”
“Kevin at the Katy store was super helpful. I loved how he let me shop on my own, they was able to answer questions when I was ready. I also liked how he asked questions about where the furniture was going to help educate me as to which pieces would do well in all seasons outside. I love the pieces I purchased and they were delivered quickly. The delivery crew even moved pieces around to make sure it was set up perfectly!”

“I had recently gotten back into billiards after about a 20 year hiatus. Daren took the time to get me up to speed on all the newer types of cues, tips, etc. His one-on-one service (and professionalism) was what sealed the deal on several items I needed. I came back a few weeks later in need of a particular Kamui tip. I gotta say- I was impressed with the selection he brought out.

“I have been looking for an arched top hutch high and low for a while, and I came across KTX Home on Facebook marketplace. I unfortunately live 4 hours from Katy TX, I purchased a hutch online and planned on going to pick it up that weekend, but life happens and I was not able to make it. I reached out to their Facebook page, and Jannet was super fast in her responses and was so accommodating! She was able to get my shipment on the truck, and was delivered 3 days after I purchase! Let me also say, aside from incredible customer service, the quality is amazing for the price. The piece I purchased, is solid and heavy. Highly recommend them!”
