Very polite, pleasant and helpful. She was able to let me know about the inventory and actually went to count to see how many she had left. I immediately went over to make a purchase and the office was busy! *Updated here's the full experience: purchased 8 tops/bottoms 14kg + Deep cuts (16).
It took about a week to get the mold kit, and send it back.
Took another week for them to receive it and they let me know the bottom mold was not good. I had to order a second mold kit for my bottom set, and send it back.
Which took another week. That mold was still not a good mold.
I had a vacation to Houston coming up and ended up flying there and got my mold done in person. It took 5 more times with them to get it right, but they took care of me.
Due to the hurricane, processing was backed up and it took another 3-4 weeks to get the grill.
Well worth the wait. I get tons of compliments.
Make sure your molds show where your gums and teeth meet for the best results!!!
If you still have your previous mold/brick of your teeth you can just send that in for a quicker processing time.”

“I went there on October 17 of this year. Not only was the selection amazing and the art beautiful, but the vibe overall was amazingly welcoming and friendly. Beyond that.. I wish more than anything right now that I would have asked the name of the woman that was working that night. I have autism and ADHD and I was having a meltdown in the store that day. It was my birthday, which is a really hard day for me regardless, but I had lost my phone and only realized it while I was inside. The sweet older woman there not only didn't judge my crying spell or the fact that I went nonverbal, she came around the counter and waited for my permission to give me a hug. Her voice was calm, motherly, reassuring.. everything I needed while I was panicking and breaking down. She gave me the strength to go find my family (who were asking other stores to see if they saw my phone) and to generally keep my head up for the rest of my day at the mall. Whoever you are, ma'am, you're an angel. I don't go to the mall often but I hope I'll see you again soon. If I don't, know that you singlehandedly saved my birthday. Your patience, calm words, and safe presence really helped me come back to myself and go forward. Not everyone has those skills, and I'm so happy you did because I don't think I could've pulled myself out of a break that deep. Having you there while my family made their own attempts to help elsewhere was the difference between me completely closing off and getting angry and more sad, and me being able to meet with my family, step outside for air, and keep moving towards making the day better. I know I could barely speak when you saw me, but I wish I could have articulated how amazing you were that day. “Amazing jeweler. He was efficient, quick, and has a good eye for detail. I got 2 medical bracelets sized down with links that are quite difficult to deal with. He measured 10 links to take off, but he took off 8 just to be safe & said he would take off more if needed without charge. It was a good thing he only took off 8 because it fit perfectly when he took 8 clasps off. I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially those who aren’t comfortable with sending jewelry away like most jewelers do. He does everything on the spot and his work is amazing! Will come back!”

“I've done business with these guys numerous amounts of times, sometimes the selection can be small and sometimes the prices can be high but they're never unreasonable. It's always fair and it's always high quality items, the service there is pretty friendly too, you do have to understand it is a pawn shop there is only a limited amount of people that can help out at one time.
