We encountered some snafu, making a possible lengthy wait, but they (thanks, Diego) went all out to get them shipped out and in my hot lil hands before Christmas (I made this a gift to myself, as Christmasaint quite Christmas w the not living in TX and being so far from family). I saved up for these, bc I love how turquoise looks, and they did a phenomenal job! AND they busted their butts to make sure I got them by Christmas. I definitely recommend them, especially if you are buying out of state.”

“I went there on October 17 of this year. Not only was the selection amazing and the art beautiful, but the vibe overall was amazingly welcoming and friendly. Beyond that.. I wish more than anything right now that I would have asked the name of the woman that was working that night. I have autism and ADHD and I was having a meltdown in the store that day. It was my birthday, which is a really hard day for me regardless, but I had lost my phone and only realized it while I was inside. The sweet older woman there not only didn't judge my crying spell or the fact that I went nonverbal, she came around the counter and waited for my permission to give me a hug. Her voice was calm, motherly, reassuring.. everything I needed while I was panicking and breaking down. She gave me the strength to go find my family (who were asking other stores to see if they saw my phone) and to generally keep my head up for the rest of my day at the mall. Whoever you are, ma'am, you're an angel. I don't go to the mall often but I hope I'll see you again soon. If I don't, know that you singlehandedly saved my birthday. Your patience, calm words, and safe presence really helped me come back to myself and go forward. Not everyone has those skills, and I'm so happy you did because I don't think I could've pulled myself out of a break that deep. Having you there while my family made their own attempts to help elsewhere was the difference between me completely closing off and getting angry and more sad, and me being able to meet with my family, step outside for air, and keep moving towards making the day better. I know I could barely speak when you saw me, but I wish I could have articulated how amazing you were that day. “I've done business with these guys numerous amounts of times, sometimes the selection can be small and sometimes the prices can be high but they're never unreasonable. It's always fair and it's always high quality items, the service there is pretty friendly too, you do have to understand it is a pawn shop there is only a limited amount of people that can help out at one time. True, sometimes it can get backed up but for the most part the people there are extremely friendly and that's one of the reasons I love coming here, talking with the everyone and shopping around too see what they have.”
