“Patsy's absolutely has the best groomers in Katy. I've used Mandy and Ariana's services for over a decade, from when they were at another establishment. I am so pleased with their excellent grooming and that they came to Patsy's! Patsy's Pet Market has the best brands of quality pet food. Our dogs are sensitive to some ingredients in grocery store pet foods and they were developing severe allergies from it. Patsy helped us find a minimal added ingredient food and they're doing so much better. (Thank you!) And the toys and treat selection are wonderful!! They also operate a working farm so they know what they are doing. The selection is small but they have always been willing to order anything I've needed if it wasn't in stock. “So happy they opened up this location! We have 2 Goldendoodles and love taking them to woof gang but used to have to drive all the way to 99.. not any more! The front desk staff and the groomer are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. The prices are worth the quality of services they provide. Parking is super easy and plentiful and the location is easy to find. They did an excellent job on grooming one of my fur babies, I will definitely be bringing her and her sister back for future grooms. The groomer did forgot to send me a text that my dog was ready so I ended up having to call to check her status to see if she was ready or not. I know this was a mistake and as long as it doesn't recur it's no big deal. If you're looking for a local groomer in the area I would highly recommend this location! Update- I've had my pup groomed here again and continue to get excellent service at this location. It actually feels very mom and pop despite being a chain. They always know you by name when you call and come in- they also do a wonderful job of taking care of your pups. I will continue to bring my fur babies here for their grooming needs and you should too!”
