“I went in for cat grooming tools and flea treatment, and the staff actually explained how to use each product properly. That helped a lot because I was unsure about dosage and timing. At checkout, there was a minor pricing mismatch on one item, but they corrected it right away when I mentioned it. The shop has decent stock, although a few shelves looked slightly disorganized during my visit. Service was still polite and helpful overall.”
